Eligibility Conditions:
- This payment option is available for orders between 100€ and 2000€.
- Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex (issued in France).
- Prepaid cards, virtual cards, and cards with systematic authorization are not accepted.

Ownership of Items
The delivered items remain the property of La Belle Caille de Blé until full payment is received. Orders with overdue payments will be returned in their original packaging. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings to recover the amount owed, along with interest and related fees.
Late Payment Interest: 12% per year from the invoice date if not paid within 10 days.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: When "free shipping" is indicated, shipping costs are covered by our company.
- Heavy or Oversized Items: A quote will be sent to you.
- Promotion: Shipping costs are included in the price or are waived.
- Shipping on Quote: For some non-promotional items, shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Charges for Small Orders:
An additional fee may apply to cover packaging and handling if the order does not cover the administrative and shipping costs.
You can avoid this surcharge by picking up your order directly in-store.
International Shipments:
For deliveries outside of the Benelux or mainland France, a detailed shipping quote will be sent to you via email.
How to Place an Order
- On our website: www.labellecaille.com. We recommend placing orders automatically.
- Via a quote: Request a detailed quote via email.
- Order Confirmation: Confirmed orders are held for 3 days to receive payment.
- Paid Orders: They are processed with priority.
Order Reception
- Deliveries in Belgium: Packages under 30kg sent via Bpost (delivery J+1).
- International Deliveries: Shipments via Bpost International Business (J+1 to J+3 within Europe). Delivery times for other regions depend on postal services.
Sales Conditions
The items available on our website are either in stock or on order. We maintain daily management of our website. If an order cannot be fulfilled within the specified time, we will inform you by email about the delay. Payment will be refunded if we cannot fulfill your request.
Liability:
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services, strikes, force majeure, weather disruptions, etc. We prepare packages according to best practices and prioritize recycling of cardboard.
In the case of damaged packages, you must report it on the delivery receipt. We can only process the complaint if this is the case.
Warranty
All machines are guaranteed for 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years, unless otherwise stated. Repairs of products not sold by our company are charged at 65€ per hour excluding VAT. Identification labels must remain visible on the products for a request to be processed.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover improper handling, incorrect use, or damage from external factors (e.g., lightning, short circuit). Light bulbs and consumables are not covered by the warranty.
After-Sales Service
We provide after-sales service for products sold by our company. Repair, shipping, and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the warranty is voided, a quote will be provided.
Labor Charges:
- 45€ excluding VAT per hour for products sold by La Belle Caille de Blé.
- 65€ excluding VAT per hour for products purchased elsewhere.
Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may cancel an order within 14 working days after receiving the items, without any cost and without giving a reason. The items must be returned in their original condition, without missing parts. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
General Terms and Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the judicial district of Mons or Charleroi will have jurisdiction.
